Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a structured, goal-oriented approach that helps individuals identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors. It is widely used to treat a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders.

Expressive Arts and Play Therapy

Expressive arts and play therapy provide children with a natural and enjoyable way to express themselves, using play as their primary language to communicate thoughts and emotions through activities such as gameplay, arts and crafts, drama, and other creative outlets.

Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB)

Interpersonal neurobiology is an evidence-based approach that focuses on how relationships and social interactions shape the brain and influence mental health. It integrates insights from various disciplines to identify how interpersonal experiences affect neural development and nervous system regulation.
